STEAM Day

STEAM Day is a fun, story powered introduction to science, technology, engineering, art and math for young learners presented by FIRST STAR FORCE. Each session starts with an engaging picture book read aloud, followed by a hands-on activity inspired directly by the story, such as building a flying machine using recycled materials, creating themed artwork, or exploring a beginner science concept. Designed to spark curiosity at an early age, STEAM Day helps kids see how the ideas in their favorite books come to life through play, imagination and creativity. It’s a welcoming way to introduce foundational STEAM concepts and encourage children to explore the world around them.
