Failed or incomplete payments do not confirm attendance. The app tracks pending, paid, failed, refunded, and cancelled payment states.
Invoices and credit notes
Invoices and credit notes are generated for accounting traceability. Credit notes should be issued when a refund or invoice correction requires one.
