Minimum age
The production operator must define a minimum age for account creation and align it with local law, app-store rules, and risk level. A conservative default is to require adult users unless a dedicated minors flow is implemented.

Guardian consent
If minors are allowed, guardian consent, age-appropriate notices, restricted discovery, restricted messaging, and stronger reporting/escalation workflows should be implemented.
Event safety
Events involving minors need clear supervision, venue, organizer identity, emergency contact, and eligibility information. Sensitive or adult-only events must be excluded from minors.
Data minimization
Only collect what is necessary. Keep birth date/age data protected, avoid public exact age where possible, and apply stricter retention for minor-related reports.
Production action: decide whether Activishare is adult-only at launch. If not, build the dedicated minors consent and safety workflow before opening registration to minors.
